I am the Lead Hard Money Loan Originator at our family owned and operated company, Sun Pacific Mortgage & Real Estate, serving all of California since 1988 and located in Sonoma County. I was born in San Diego, California and moved to Santa Rosa when I was 7 years old so Sonoma County is pretty much my “home town”. I did live in Clearwater, Florida for some years where I met and married my wife, Ari. A few years later she got pregnant and we decided to move back to Sonoma County as it is such a friendly, family oriented community – perfect to raise our kids! In 2008 we both started working at my parent’s real estate & mortgage company and became licensed Real Estate Agents. In 2009 I moved on to buying and remodeling houses which I did for 6 years. Due to our experience, knowledge and interests in Sonoma County real estate, my wife and I bought and remodeled properties of which we now own and rent out in Santa Rosa, Guerneville and Rio Nido. We have two beautiful and active kids, Braden & Kallye, and enjoy taking part in the various community activities available, enjoying the local parks and working with the many great people in the various local Real Estate and Mortgage companies. With the increasing need for Hard Money throughout California, to keep our trend as a family company, I started working under my dad, Forest – The Guy in the White Hat, as a Loan Originator for Hard Money Loans.
